Good to know
- Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.
- Package rates apply for 12 months from purchase and can be used with any counsellor. After that, unused sessions stay as credit for up to 3 years.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. International cards are welcome — you don’t need a South African bank account. Amounts in other currencies are approximate; you always pay in rand.
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least 48 hours’ notice by email or WhatsApp. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full.
