Family counselling

When the whole family is carrying something.

Longer, 90-minute sessions that make room for everyone to speak — parents, teenagers, siblings and extended family.

Everyone gets a voice.

Families often get stuck because the same few people do all the talking. A family session slows things down so that each person is heard — including the quiet ones.

Teenagers aged 13 to 17 can take part with written consent from a parent or guardian.

What we help with

  • Divorce, separation and co-parenting
  • Grief after a death in the family
