A South African counsellor in Dubai and the UAE.
Private, confidential and only two hours behind you — a safe place to say what you can’t say at work.

Home is part of your story.
An estimated 100,000 South Africans live and work in the UAE, often on contracts that bring good money and long hours. Many feel they can’t show strain at work, and that their stay is always temporary.
Talking privately to a South African counsellor, away from your employer and your expat circle, can make all the difference. Nothing about your sessions is ever shared with your employer.
We see South Africans across Dubai & the UAE, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain and Ras Al Khaimah. Sessions are online, so it doesn’t matter where you live.

Questions South Africans in Dubai & the UAE ask us
Will my employer know?
No. We never share anything with employers. Your booking and payment come to you, not your company.
Which time works best?
The UAE is just two hours ahead of South Africa, so most of our slots fit before work, at lunch or in the evening.
How do I pay from overseas?
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through Yoco. International Visa, Mastercard and Amex cards are accepted, and you don’t need a South African bank account. Prices are in rand; your bank converts them.
Are your counsellors registered?
Yes. Every MyTruth counsellor is registered in South Africa with the HPCSA, ASCHP, CCSA or SACSSP and works under South African professional rules. Please check that receiving online counselling from a South African counsellor is fine where you live.
