Couples counselling

Room for both of your truths.

A neutral space to be honest with each other — and to find out whether, and how, you move forward together.

It’s not about deciding who is right.

Couples counselling gives each of you space to be heard, with someone trained to slow the conversation down when it usually spirals.

We work with relationships of every shape — married, dating, separated, monogamous and polyamorous. Where there is control or abuse in a relationship, your safety comes first, and we may recommend individual sessions alongside or instead of joint ones.

What we help with

  • Communication breakdown and constant conflict
  • Trust, infidelity and betrayal
  • Coercive control and narcissistic patterns
  • Separation, divorce and co-parenting
  • Intimacy and emotional distance
  • Monogamous and polyamorous relationships
  • Blended families and in-law pressure
  • Long-distance and cross-cultural relationships
How it works

Simple from the first click.

01

Book one session together

Both partners join the same online session — from one room or two different countries.

02

Understand the pattern

Your counsellor helps you each say what you need, and hear what the other is saying.

03

Practise between sessions

Leave each session with something concrete to try before the next one.
