50 minutes that are only about you.
Talk to a registered counsellor who listens without judgement and helps you make sense of what you are carrying.

You don’t need a crisis to deserve support.
Some people come to us after something big has happened. Others simply feel stuck, tired or not quite themselves. Both are good reasons to talk.
Sessions last 50 minutes. Your counsellor works with you to understand what is going on, notice patterns, and build practical ways forward — at a pace that feels safe.
Our counsellors are registered with the HPCSA, ASCHP or CCSA. They do not diagnose or prescribe; if you need a psychiatrist or doctor, we will help you find one.
