Come as you are. All of you.
Affirming counselling for lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans, queer, intersex, asexual and questioning people — and their families.

Too many LGBTQIA+ people have sat in a counsellor’s room and had to educate, defend or hide who they are. That shouldn’t happen. Every MyTruth counsellor is LGBTQIA+ affirming.
You might come to us about something connected to your identity — coming out, family or religious rejection, discrimination, gender identity, or relationships. Or you might come about anything else, and simply want a counsellor you don’t have to explain yourself to.
We never practise conversion practices of any kind. Your identity is not the problem to be solved.
We support
- Coming out, at your own pace
- Family, cultural or religious conflict
- Gender identity and transition
- Relationships and dating
- Discrimination and minority stress
- Anything else — without explaining yourself
You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out.
