Your brain isn’t broken. It’s different.

Neurodiversity-affirming counselling for ADHD and autistic adults, and for parents of neurodivergent children.

Many neurodivergent adults spent years being told they were lazy, too much, too sensitive or not trying hard enough. Some only discover they have ADHD or are autistic in adulthood — often after a child is assessed.

Living in a world not designed for your brain can lead to overwhelm, masking, burnout, anxiety and low self-esteem. None of that means something is wrong with you.

Our approach is neurodiversity-affirming: we don’t try to make you “normal”. We help you understand how your mind works, build systems that suit it, and let go of the shame. Megan Andrew brings both professional experience and lived experience to this work.

We help with

  • Overwhelm, shutdowns and meltdowns
  • Masking and autistic burnout
  • Procrastination, time and focus
  • Relationships and communication
  • Late diagnosis and making sense of it
  • Parenting a neurodivergent child

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out.
