Growing up is hard. They don’t have to do it alone.
Counselling for teenagers aged 13–17, with written consent from a parent or guardian.

Teenagers are dealing with more than ever: academic pressure, social media, bullying, identity, friendships, family change, and a world that can feel uncertain and unsafe.
Many teens find it easier to talk to someone outside the family. Online sessions can feel less intimidating than an office, and they fit around school.
What your teen shares stays confidential, with the same safety exceptions as for adults. We involve parents in a way that supports the teen’s trust, and we can offer family sessions when helpful.
Need help right now? If a young person is at risk of harming themselves, please call SADAG on 0800 567 567 or emergency services on 10111 / 112.
