University is a lot. You don’t have to hold it alone.
Counselling for students navigating pressure, independence, identity and everything in between.

Student life brings huge change at once: new independence, academic pressure, money worries, relationships, living away from home, and often being the first in the family to study.
Campus services can have long waiting lists. Online counselling means you can talk to a registered counsellor within days, from your room, between lectures.
We already support hundreds of bursary students through corporate programmes, so we understand the specific pressures students face.
Students come to us about
- Exam stress and burnout
- Anxiety and low mood
- Homesickness and loneliness
