“Counselling is entirely collaborative, and at its core it’s about your heart — allowing yourself the chance to explore who you are and who you ought to become.”
About Jamie-Leigh
I am extremely passionate about counselling and the wellness space. To me the counselling relationship is entirely collaborative — at its core it’s about your heart, allowing yourself the chance to explore who you are and who you ought to become. We all face struggles in life, and I would like to help you on your own unique journey.
I firmly believe we all have the answers deeply rooted within us. Sometimes we just need the courage to step up and reach down for them.
