Addiction (harm reduction) · Drugs & cannabis

Any positive change is progress.

Addiction counselling for cannabis, stimulants, opioids and prescription medication — without judgement or ultimatums.

People use drugs for reasons: to relax, to sleep, to cope with pain or trauma, to feel confident, to fit in, or simply to feel something different. Understanding the reason is where real change begins.

Harm reduction doesn’t demand that you stop before you get support. It helps you reduce the harm now — safer use, less use, or none at all — while working on what is underneath.

We work alongside doctors, psychiatrists, rehabs and 12-step programmes, and our structured monthly programme offers intensive support if you need more.

We work with

  • Cannabis
  • Cocaine and stimulants
  • Methamphetamine (tik)
  • Heroin and opioids
  • Prescription medication
  • Mixing substances

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out.

Will you report me to the police?

No. Counselling is confidential. The only exceptions are an immediate risk to life, a court order or protecting a child.

I’m on prescribed medication and worried about dependence. Can you help?

Yes. We work alongside your doctor, who should guide any tapering.

What is the addiction programme?
