Food became the way you coped. You deserve another way.
Counselling for eating disorders and disordered eating, using harm reduction and always alongside medical care.

Eating disorders are rarely about food alone. Restriction, bingeing, purging or compulsive exercise often become ways to manage unbearable feelings, regain a sense of control, or cope with trauma.
Demanding full recovery immediately stops many people from seeking help at all. Harm reduction recognises every step as progress — eating something when the alternative is nothing, purging less often, fearing one food less.
Eating disorders can be medically serious. We work alongside your GP, psychiatrist and dietitian, and we will encourage medical care whenever your physical safety is at risk.
Need help right now? If you feel faint, have chest pain or are thinking about ending your life, please seek medical help now: 10111 / 112, SADAG 0800 567 567 or Lifeline 0861 322 322.
