Relationships & family · Polyamory & open relationships

Every relationship shape deserves support.

Affirming counselling for polyamorous, open and consensually non-monogamous relationships — individuals, couples and polycules.

Consensual non-monogamy is a valid way to love, but it can be hard to find a counsellor who understands it without judgement or an agenda to “fix” it.

Our counsellors work with mono and poly relationships alike. We help with communication, agreements, jealousy, time and energy, opening a relationship, coming out to family, and the particular griefs of changing relationship structures.

Whatever your structure, the aim is the same: honest communication, respect for everyone involved, and relationships that feel good to be in.

We help with

  • Opening a relationship thoughtfully
  • Jealousy and insecurity
  • Agreements and boundaries
  • Balancing time between partners
  • Coming out to family or friends
  • Ending or changing a relationship

You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out.
