When everything feels heavy.
Counselling for low mood, emptiness and exhaustion — for the days when getting through is the only goal.

Depression isn’t just sadness. It can feel like numbness, exhaustion that sleep doesn’t fix, losing interest in things you used to love, or a voice that tells you nothing will ever change and you are a burden.
It is a mental health condition, not a character flaw — and it lies. It tells you that reaching out is pointless. It isn’t. Depression responds to support, and small steps really do count.
In counselling we start where you are. Some days that means talking about what’s underneath; some days it means one small, doable step. Over time, we work on the patterns, losses and pressures that keep the weight in place.
Need help right now? If you are thinking about ending your life, please call SADAG on 0800 567 567 or Lifeline on 0861 322 322 now. You deserve support in this moment.

Common questions
Do I need a diagnosis to get help for depression?
No. If you have been feeling low for a while, that is reason enough to reach out. If a psychiatric assessment or medication would help, we can refer you and work alongside your doctor.
What if I don’t have energy for a session?
That’s common. Sessions can be by voice or WhatsApp, and it’s fine to come as you are.
Is there something I can use between sessions?
Yes — our free low-mood tool offers the smallest possible steps for heavy days.
