Anger isn’t the problem. What it’s protecting is.
Counselling for anger that feels out of control, and the damage it leaves in relationships.

Anger is a normal, healthy emotion. It tells us a boundary has been crossed. But when it arrives too fast, too often or too strongly — shouting, slamming, saying things you regret — it can damage relationships, work and your own peace of mind.
Underneath anger there is often something more vulnerable: hurt, fear, shame, exhaustion or old trauma. Many people learned growing up that anger was the only safe feeling to show.
Counselling helps you notice the early signs, pause before reacting, express what you need clearly, and heal what sits underneath — so anger becomes information rather than an explosion.

Common questions
Is this for people who have been violent?
Anger counselling is for anyone whose anger is causing harm. If there is violence in your home, safety comes first and we will talk about that openly.
Can couples work on anger together?
Yes, where it is safe to do so. In abusive relationships we recommend individual sessions instead.
Will I be judged?
No. Wanting to change is the first step, and we meet you with respect.
