Becoming a parent can be overwhelming.
Support for difficult births, pregnancy loss, and the anxiety and low mood that can come before and after a baby arrives.

A birth that felt frightening, out of control or medically traumatic can stay with you long after everyone else has moved on. So can pregnancy loss, fertility struggles, a stay in NICU, or the shock of how hard the early months are.
Many new parents feel they should only be grateful and happy. When they aren’t, shame keeps them silent. Postnatal depression and anxiety are common, they affect partners too, and they are nobody’s fault.
Online sessions mean you can talk from home — even with a baby in the room.

Common questions
Can I bring my baby to an online session?
Yes. Sessions are online, so feeding, rocking or pausing is completely fine.
Is postnatal depression only for mothers?
No. Partners can experience perinatal anxiety and depression too, and are welcome to book.
Should I also see a doctor?
If you are struggling to cope, sleeping very little or having frightening thoughts, please also see your GP. We can work alongside them.
